Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our items are made to order or limited edition, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to improper care, washing, or wear
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed to be our fault.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, you must provide:
- A receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at:

We will provide return instructions if the exchange is approved.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the return once received
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
